Technology today

Technology today

As I am writing this, I cannot even imagine what we would do without technology. If there was not technology, how would we be able to tell people about coronavirus and share information in real-time? Because of technology, we can still have online classes and schools have a chance to end the day they were meant to. Google Classroom, Zoom, and Skype are just some of the many applications students will be using to learn, the church service was live-streamed on Sunday. It was different but I was grateful we could listen to the sermon.

Technology has solved so many unforeseen challenges, but it also has some challenges which many people are trying to solve. I am overall thankful for all these solutions who ever knew that a virus could plague the world how coronavirus has done.

A new way of learning

As many of you have seen in the news, the COVID-19 virus is spreading like wildfire and has either postponed or completely canceled a lot of major gatherings and sporting events. We just wanted to say that we are praying for every single person that has been affected by this virus. Many schools are switching to online classes and will be out of school for weeks. The good thing is that because of technology, we can still have school and not extend the school year, shortening the summer. I am looking forward to the new way of learning.

Sharing

Sharing

We are slowly but surely getting to the end of the school year, I am left with a mixed feeling. This school year has been loaded with lots of excitement, commitment,  evaluation, restrategizing, meeting set goals, sometimes not working as planned and suddenly a big break, cheers, celebration and tears!

In building solutions it takes the same process. Every app has a story, a story that needs to be heard, a process that needs to be shared, a revelation  needed to inspire and equip another person!

Are you sharing your story?

You did it

You did it

The finish line is in sight! Only 9 more weeks until we are done with school and headed into summer! Let us continue to strive to do our best and don’t give up! Finish the year strong and always remember that YOU DID IT!

Encouragement

Encouragement

Many times people get discouraged when things are not working out, it maybe because it’s a new career for some uncertainties, fear and doubt.

Sometimes listening and supporting may just be the magic wand, sometimes it maybe more.

How do we encourage kids to learn to solve challenges that have lasted for too long?

How do we encourage kids to learn to communicate in the language of the digital World?
