Daniel and I got the chance to go to Carowinds Amusement Park. It had all sorts of rides and different types of fun that everyone could enjoy! The first ride I rode on was the Fury. It goes as high as 325 Feet in the air! Then it descends at a rapid speed and for me, it felt like my stomach was dropping into my legs! I rode on several different coasters and Daniel did too. We had a blast!
Our teachers are going to a teacher’s convention this Thursday and Friday. Even though they have been teaching for years, the teachers sometimes have to become students again. This applies to everyone as well. It doesn’t matter how old you are, you will always be learning more and more as time goes on. Nobody truly knows everything and sometimes it is necessary to have a reminder as well. School is not for everyone, but everyone has to constantly learn and acquire knowledge in whatever field one may be interested in.
I, Eugene, had the privilege to go to Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia for my 10th-grade field trip! We went to the Creation Museum in Kentucky and the Ark! The Ark was so fascinating because of all the animals and how the Ark could have looked and how it was built. The Creation Museum also was interesting because it showed how God created the earth and everything in it. I learned a lot from this trip and had an amazing time with friends!
This past Saturday, I had a chance to go to Carowinds with my friends and family. We had so much fun riding rollercoasters and enjoying time together. Sometimes life can be like a rollercoaster ride. All the ups and downs and twists and turns can make life stressful and challenging to handle. For many people, it can cause anxiety as well. As I said with the “Rest” blog, It is important to sit back and enjoy life for what it is. The ups would not feel special if there weren’t any downs. It’s important to take it all in and think about how one can learn from every experience and opportunity. If I ever feel down, I like to list out things I am thankful for and look forward to better days ahead. Whenever I feel up and excited or happy, I make sure to savor the moment. These are the methods I use to handle the rollercoaster we ride every single day.
Yesterday I practiced Python for Finance on Sololearn! This time I used yfinance to scrape data from multiple tickers at once. I used the describe function and plotted the data to visualize it better. Next time I will be calculating stock correlations!
